Professional Standards

REST Psychology is a UK-based business, operating in line with UK law and recognised professional standards. All clinical services are delivered by practitioners registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC), or by suitably qualified associates who work under established professional codes of practice.

Legal Jurisdiction

All services are governed by the laws of England and Wales. By engaging with REST Psychology, you agree that any legal proceedings will fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

International Clients

We are committed to practising ethically and responsibly with clients located outside the UK. Where applicable, we respect and comply with the professional licensing or regulatory requirements of a client’s country of residence.

Please note that we can only provide services to clients located in countries not subject to UK trade sanctions.

Agreement to Terms

By booking a session or entering into a service agreement with REST Psychology, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Engagement.
