Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we request a minimum of 48 hours’ notice (two working days). Cancellations made within this time will not incur any charge. This allows us to offer the session time to another client who may be on our waiting list.

Changes can be made directly through the booking platform, or by contacting your clinician or our administration team at hello@restpsychology.com.

Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice, or missed without prior communication, will be charged at the full session fee. This applies regardless of the reason for cancellation, except in cases of genuine emergency or extenuating circumstances, which will be considered on a case-by-case basis at the clinician’s discretion.
