While intentionally time-limited, Pulse Sessions can offer meaningful psychological value. Pulse Sessions are intentionally contained and led by experienced REST therapists. Some individuals find a single session sufficient, while others choose follow-up sessions or transition into longer-term therapeutic work where appropriate.
