We offer a limited number of weekly therapy sessions to ensure focused, personalised support.

Following your 15-minute consultation and confirmed booking, you will be thoughtfully matched with a therapist for a 50-minute initial assessment.


This session offers space to explore your circumstances, needs, and goals — providing a foundation for meaningful and collaborative therapeutic work.

Initial Assessment


Therapy sessions last 50 minutes and are held online.

Your clinician will create a safe, confidential space to begin your work together. You’re welcome to bring any focus, questions, or reflections into the session.

Tailored Therapeutic Plans

Ongoing Support &Follow-Up Consultations

Clients continue with regular therapy sessions, supported by periodic reviews to reflect on progress and adjust focus as needed.
Follow-up consultations may also be offered to support transition, closure, or future planning.
