Make a Booking or Request a Consultation

For therapy and supervision, sessions can be booked directly via our secure booking system.

For organisational and bespoke services, we invite you to request a consultation.


Upon booking, you’ll receive:
A confirmation email
A short pre-assessment form (if required)

Therapy sessions last 50 minutes and are held online.

Your clinician will create a safe, confidential space to begin your work together. You’re welcome to bring any focus, questions, or reflections into the session.
